Stu came to be an Institutional 1031 Founder as a result of is desire to create a turnkey and seamless 1031 exchange processing regimen for a large network of real estate closing attorneys and independent title companies.
This new effort, known as Attorneys 1031, will seek to streamline and enhance both the processing and referral of exchanges, and to interject a modern approach to personal and transactional data security for all parties to a real estate transaction.
As a title company owner and law firm Principal located in Florida, he is excited about raising the bar i 1031 ecxhnage facilitation and further perfecting te Exchanger experience.
